The US State Department has advised citizens of this country to arrange funerals and prepare wills if they still decide to go to North Korea.
The notice on the ministry website recommends that those wishing to go to North Korea should prepare for the worst, including writing wills and arranging funerals, arranging property with relatives and friends.

According to Daily Mail (UK) on January 15
North Korea is a country classified as “Level 4 – Shouldn’t Travel”. Other countries listed on this list are Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Libya, Mali, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria and Yemen.

According to the announcement, Americans who want to go to North Korea are advised to draft a will, appointing the appropriate beneficiaries of insurance benefits or attorneys. American student Otto Warmbier was detained in North Korea for over a year.
Last November, President Donald Trump declared North Korea a sponsor of terrorism, listing it along with Iran, Sudan and Syria.
Trump also criticized the Kim Jong-un administration over the death of American student Otto Warmbier.
The student was detained in North Korea for more than a year and died a few days after returning to the US in a coma last year.
